These terms govern your use of the PTM website. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
About the website
The website is operated by Prime Talent Management LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. It introduces PTM’s approach and provides a way for creators to start a conversation with us.
No automatic representation agreement
Submitting an enquiry, receiving a reply or having a conversation with PTM does not create a management, representation, employment, agency, partnership or other commercial agreement. Any such relationship must be agreed separately in writing by the relevant parties.
Eligibility and truthful information
You must be at least 18 years old to use the creator enquiry flow. You agree to provide information that is accurate enough for PTM to respond to you and not to submit another person’s contact details without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, submit automated or abusive enquiries, attempt to access private systems, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use information from the site to harass, defraud or harm anyone.
Site content
PTM owns or is authorized to use the text, branding, design and other materials on this website. You may view the site for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, modify, sell or exploit site materials without PTM’s written permission.

We aim to keep the information on the site clear and current, but the site is provided for general information and may change without notice. PTM does not promise that the site will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.
